Cities, towns, and suburbs face growth challenges today in which both new development and redevelopment must balance Smart Growth objectives, public opinion, economic and fiscal imperatives, and stringent public policy. Drawing from our broad planning experiences, together with our diverse architecture practice, we have prepared master plans for urban infill sites, adaptive use of industrial and historic buildings, suburban greenfield sites, and reconfiguration of existing low-density, suburban centers. In each instance, we have created higher density, mixed-use, pedestrian and Transit Oriented Developments.
